Trailer Released for Masaki Suda and Takeru Sato’s “Somebody” Film

A new trailer has been released for the upcoming film “Somebody”.


Somebody is a new film from director Daisuke Miura that follows the live’s of five students who are supporting each other as they all look for jobs and worry about the future. Takeru Satoh (Kamen Rider Den-O) and Masaki Suda (Kamen Rider W) play roommates in the film. The film showcases the grueling “Shuukatsu” process in which university students in their senior year must all vie for jobs.

They are joined by Kasumi Arimura (Jossy’s), Fumi Nikaido (Why Don’t You Play in Hell), Masaki Okada (Space Brothers) and Takayuki Yamada (The Hero Yoshihiko).

The film is based on the novel Nanimono by Ryo Asai, the winner of the 148th Naoki Prize. Somebodyis distributed by Toho and comes out October 15th in Japanese theaters.
