Kamen Rider MY-TH Cast and Crew Announcement
The lead actors and production crew of the upcoming Kamen Rider MY-TH television series have been revealed.
On Thursday, July 15th, a video from the Toei Tokusatsu World Official YouTube account revealed the lead actors and production crew for the upcoming television series, Kamen Rider MY-TH. This video also announced an additional press conference revealing more details about the production which will take place on Tuesday, August 4 at 11:00 a.m. (Japan Standard Time).
Sora Otosumi/Kamen Rider MY-TH
The role of Sora Otosumi/Kamen Rider MY-TH, the devoted butler of Yuna’s family, will be played by Ikuho Akiya. Although Sora may grumble and talk back when Yuna asks for his help, he is the ultimate attendant who can perfectly handle anything from cooking to combat. Akiya states that he feels that Sora doesn’t transform to convey a “conventional sense of justice”.
Yuna Mizuki
The role of Yuna Mizuki will be played by Riki Horikawa. Sora/Kamen Rider MY-TH is her family’s butler. Horikawa states that Yuna is probably closer to being a hero than Sora in how she thinks. Yuna is a high school student, and Sora fights to keep a promise he made to her.
Kamuri Minetaka/Kamen Rider MAOU
The role of Kamuri Minetaka/Kamen Rider MAOU will be played by Keisuke Higashi. He clashes with Sora in their battle to defeat monsters called “The Inexplicable.” The mysterious leader of a certain organization, Higashi states that Kamuri is “calm, but innocent in a way.”
Additionally, Toei announced that Sora and Yuna will be making an appearance in the Kamen Rider ZEZTZ: Farewell Mission summer movie.
