TTFC Announces “Kamen Rider Outsiders” Episode 1 Details

The Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club has announced the cast for the first episode of the Kamen Rider Outsiders miniseries.

The Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club has announced the cast for the first episode of Kamen Rider Outsiders miniseries. Episode 1, titled “ Treasures of the Mirror World and the Return of the King Snake ” will premiere in January of 2023. The episode will feature the return of Takashi Hagino as Takeshi Asakura/Kamen Rider Ouja, who first appeared in Kamen Rider Ryuki (2003). Masanobu Sakata will portray a character named Chuta Nezu, and Yamato Furuya will portray a character named Ekoru .Tsuyoshi Koyama and Kimito Totani will return to provide their voices as Kamen Rider Odin (from Kamen Rider Ryuki ) and Kamen Rider Diend (from 2009’s Kamen Rider Decade ) respectively.

Hagino has reprised his role as Takeshi Asakura/Kamen Rider Ouja in recent years. His first appearance after Kamen Rider Ryuki was in the Kamen Rider Brave: Let’s Survive! Revival of the Beast Rider Squad TTFC special in 2017. Hagino once again reprised this role in 2019 for TELASA’s Rider Time: Kamen Rider Ryuki reunion miniseries.

“A few years ago, the original cast of 6 came together in a work called “Rider Time: Kamen Rider Ryuki”, and the producer, director, scriptwriter, staff, etc. at that time created a new work. I thought I never be able to play the role of Ouja or Takeshi Asakura again, so I was very happy when I heard about this opportunity.

TTFC recently released episode 0 of Kamen Rider Outsiders , titled “ The End of Genm and the Beginning of the Plan ” on October 16, 2022. This episode features the return of Tetsuya Iwanaga as Kuroto Dan (Kamen Rider Gemn from 2016’s Kamen Rider Ex -Aid ). Nachi Sakuragi reprises his role Gai Amatsu from 2019’s Kamen Rider Zero-One , while Myra Arai returns as his HumaGear assistant Rin. Show Hayami once again provides his voice as the villainous Arc, while Hiromu Takahashi portrays a mystery man who saves Kuroto. Additionally, tokusatsu alum Yuria Haga (known for her roles as Mari in 2003’s)Kamen Rider 555 and Mio in 2009’s Kamen Rider Kiva ) as the Smart Queen. A special “making of” featurette will be released on October 23, 2022, and will feature Tetsuya Iwanaga and Yuria Haga with behind-the-scenes content from the episode’s production.

Synopsis:

Kuroto Dan wins a game against Kamen Rider Arc Thouser and uses the power of the Genm Musou Gashat to acquire IT-related ventures one after another, expanding Genm Corp.
