The Tokusatsu Network is proud to feature the teaser trailer for a new live-action webseries currently in development by Tokusatsu Network editor, Mike DentEntitled Cyberenegade VX, the series promises to be a blend of cyberpunk and tokusatsu tropes and aesthetics.

Twenty minutes into the future: AO Medica, the world’s first pharmaceutical megacorporation or “mega-pharm”, has been absorbing companies to further their research in Muscle-Accurate cyber-prosthesis and genetic modification. But amidst their promises of a better future lies a conspiracy that would see every person on Earth converted into a new technorganic master race known as “The Divinity.”

Those who can’t survive the change will just be stepping stones towards the organization’s true goals.

Into this bleak moment emerges Recca, a proto-Divinity long thought to have been dead by AO Medica. Using her abilities, she takes them on as the vigilante known only as “Vix”!

Mike will be directing and writing VX, with Matt Pniewski and Geek Crash Course‘s Michael Nixon as co-Executive Producers. In addition to this, Mike has also worked on other indie hero projects such as Battle Hero Absolute and Gun Caliber. The series will be looking to launch in 2015.
