Ultraman Zero the Chronicle to Air in 2017

Following Ultraman Orb, Tsuburaya has announced the latest entry into the Ultraman franchise.

Ultraman Zero the Chronicle will depict the history of Ultraman Zero, who first appeared in Ultra Galaxy Legends the Movie in 2009. The character was the face of the brand until the premiere of Ultraman Ginga in 2013.

The series originally premiered in Southeast Asian territories in 2015 and will air next year to celebrate the 50th anniversary of Ultra Seven, the father of Ultraman Zero. The series will present serialized versions of the three movies Ultraman Zero stared in, Ultra Galaxy Legends, Ultraman Zero the Movie, and Ultraman Saga.

Also announced is a miniseries entitled Ultra Fight Orb.

Ultraman Zero the Chronicle and Ultra Fight Orb premiere on January 7th, 2017 following the conclusion of Ultraman Orb.
