Kamen Rider Revice‘s Yui Asakura terminated her contract with Libera and goes into detail why.
Yui Asakura, who portrays Hana Natsuki / Kamen Rider Aguilera on Kamen Rider Revice, has recently been the target of “malicious stalking.” On July 5, she reported the details of the incident on her Instagram account. On August 26, 2022, she announced that she will not be continuing her contract.
Her Instagram post reads:
I will leave my agency Libera on August 31, 2022.
I am grateful to the people who have helped me and the fans who have supported me. Thank you so much. There have been untruthful news reports that have come out, but I have informed the office of my intention to leave Libera and have submitted a notice of resignation.
My work and the people who have supported me saved me from the pain I was going through.
It’s been one year since I started my acting career, and I’ve been able to create a warm friendship that protects me.
I will never forget the kindness that they showed me, and I will continue to work hard as I am right now.
I will continue to pursue what I have been.
I would be very thankful if everyone continues supporting me.
In addition to this message, she also uploaded to her Instagram story giving more details regarding her decision to leave. She writes:
Regarding my contract, I’ve been deep in thought because I feel like collaboration with the staff hasn’t gone well at all, and it has given me long bouts of anxiety.
In addition to that, regarding my salary, I’m experiencing an issue with my pay which has caused my parents grief. After speaking with them, we have decided to end my contract.
Thank you for your understanding.
Kamen Rider Revice‘s final episode aired on Augus 28, and Asakura is scheduled to appear during the Kamen Rider Revice Final Stage productions in September and October.
