To commemorate the upcoming anime adaptation of Fuuto PI, S.H. Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou) Kamen Rider W sees a rerelease with some new features.
Following the announcement of the Summer 2022 Fuuto PI voice cast and trailer, Tamashii Nations announced a rerelease of the S.H. Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou) Kamen Rider W figure with some new additions.
The main new feature of this figure, titled “S.H. Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou) Kamen Rider W – Fuuto PI Anime Commemoration,” is an oversized scarf that measures even longer than the figure itself! This anime-like design uses wires within the cloth to allow for a wide range of poseability. Because it is quite voluminous, it is recommended to use (separately sold) Tamashii STAGE supports for long term displaying.
In addition to the cloth scarf, a special pedestal with the Fuuto PI logo is bundled in. The short, hard-plastic version of the scarf is also included, but the longer version from the 2016 release is not included.
Outside of the cloth scarf, the specifications of the figure is exactly the same as the 2016 release. You can still enjoy the same gimmicks such as removeable Gaia Memories and a retractable W Driver.
The S.H. FIguarts (Shinkocchou Seihou) Kamen Rider W figure from Kamen Rider W and Fuuto PI will go for 7,700 yen (tax included) and is scheduled to release in August 2022. This is a general retail release.
