Ressha Sentai ToQger actor Ryusei Yokohama has been hospitalized after testing positive for COVID-19.

Ryusei Yokohama, who portrayed Hikari/ToQ#4 in Ressha Sentai ToQger has been hospitalized after testing positive for the coronavirus, his agency confirmed on the 21st.

After returning home from a stage performance, the actor felt feverish and fatigued, prompting him to visit a local medical center. PCR and antigen tests were conducted on Yokohama with results returning positive.

Yokohama voiced his thanks to his co-stars and fans for supporting him in a statement made via his agency. The actor will remain hospitalized while he receives treatment.
