Kyuranger’s Tetsuji Sakakibara Given Approval To Work Again Following COVID-19 Diagnosis

Tetsuji Sakakibara has provided an update regarding his health after it was announced he had contracted the coronavirus. 


On July 20th, Tetsuji Sakakibara posted on his Instagram to give his fans some good news regarding his diagnosis of COVID-19.

News spread earlier in the month of an outbreak of coronavirus occurring within the cast and crew of THE★JINRO stage play. This affected actors such as Sakakibara as well as his co-star Yusuke Yamamoto. Both of these actors have previously starred in the tokusatsu productions Uchu Sentai Kyuranger and Kamen Rider Kabuto respectively.

The health update from Sakakibara revealed that he had been cleared to return to work once again. He had been under supervision until July 17th. He expressed gratitude for the outpouring of support he received following the announcement of his diagnosis.
