Trailers Released for Rider Time Ryuki and Shinobi

The trailers for both of Kamen Rider Zi-O‘s Rider Time spinoffs have been revealed through Twitter.

RIDER TIME: Kamen Rider Ryuki is a mini-series that acts as a continuation to the Ryuki TV series, featuring a handful of returning actors, but with every Rider from the TV series, the movie, TV special, and even Abyss from Kamen Rider Decade‘s World of Ryuki.

The main actor Takamasa Suga (Shinji Kido / Kamen Rider Ryuki) was already confirmed, but it’s here they reveal the rest of the returning cast:

  • Satoshi Matsuda (Ren Akiyama / Kamen Rider Knight)
  • Hassei Takano (Miyuki Tezuka / Kamen Rider Raia)
  • Satoshi Ichijo (Jun Shibaura / Kamen Rider Gai)
  • Tomohisa Yuge (Goro Yura / Kamen Rider Zolda in episode 50)
  • Takashi Hagino (Takeshi Asakura / Kamen Rider Ouja)

Of note, the trailer shows new Zi-O content as well. There will be an Another Rider based on Ryuki, as opposed to the Another Ryuga that appeared in the show’s Ryuki arc. Zi-O himself will also use the Ryuki RideWatch with the Decade RideWatch, giving him DecadeArmor: Ryuki Form.

The spinoff will be featured on VideoPass and will be comprised of 3 episodes debuting on March 31st, April 7th, and April 14th, respectively.

RIDER TIME: Kamen Rider Shinobi is a mini-series starring Hideya Tawada as Rentaro Kagura, the ninja Rider from the year 2022 in Kamen Rider Zi-O‘s alternate timeline.

The lengthy trailer reveals that the mini-series will provide Shinobi with an origin story, along with a sizable cast. The actors include:

  • Asuka Hanamura as Iroha Kagura, the heroine character.
  • Takuma Zaiki as Isamichi Konjou, a character who transforms into Kamen Rider Hattari.
  • Masashi Ehara plays a voiceover role as Nijinohebi of the Dark Ninja Army.
  • Nobuo Kyo as Master Gaman, the mentor of Kamen Rider Shinobi.

The spinoff will be featured on the Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club, comprised of 3 episodes that will debut on March 31st, April 7th, and April 14th, respectively.
