Recently, the TTFC (Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club) just announced an original series called Series Kaiju-ku GYARAS is in the works.

Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club (TTFC) is a subscription service that provides access to a large selection of Toei tokusatsu titles such as Kamen Rider and Super Sentai. Although they’ve previously done one-shot dramas, this is the first time they’re doing a full-length original series.

The announcement was made back on October 27, 2018, at “Toei Tokusatsu Fan Thanksgiving 2018”. The main staff for Series Kaiju-ku GYARAS was announced and includes: Ryotaro Ogushi as the director, Kaori Kaneko as the scriptwriter, Hiroshi Butsuda as the supervisor, Hideki Tajima (Ishimori Productions) as the kaiju designer, Tomo Hyakutake as the kaiju modeler, Hidetsuna Kuwabara as the sound designer, Kazutaka Sekiya as the line producer, Kōhei Yamamoto as the on-site producer, and Hideki Tsukada and Tsuyoshi Nakano as the main producers. Hideaki Tsukuda also produced Kamen Rider W, Gekiranger, and Kamen Rider Fourze.

The cast for Series Kaiju-ku GYARAS will be revealed in late November, and the series is scheduled to begin in early Spring of 2019.
