Hideo Ishiguro Leaves Talent Agency

In an update to his blog, actor Hideo Ishiguro (Ultraman Orb, Kamen Rider Den-O) has announced his withdrawal from the Production Oguri talent agency he was signed under.

Ishiguro reports that the withdrawal is effective immediately, saying “I thought about what I want to do and the action I should take, and also consulted with the agency and came to an understanding allowing me to leave under amicable terms,”.

Ishiguro further stated that he has yet to decide his plans in regards to his next agency and thanked the president of Production Oguri for their 14 years of care. He will continue to act as an entertainer and use the same social media accounts he has up to now posted through.

Originally appearing as the main villain, Kai, in Kamen Rider Den-O, Ishiguro later went on to play Gai Kurenai, the lead character in Ultraman Orb, which served as the 50th anniversary series for the Ultraman franchise.
