A “special production” has been teased on the Superhero Year website.

The Superhero Year project is created to celebrate the anniversary of Toei’s heroes beginning with the release of Kamen Rider 1. To help promote the release of the movie, a “special production” has been announced on the project’s website.

The silhouette of an unknown character along with what appears to be a blacked out logo are shown off in this new image with a countdown set for a reveal in eight days.

Kamen Rider 1 sees the return of Hongo Takeshi as the original Kamen Rider in his attempts to save his mentor’s granddaughter. Hiroshi Fujioka will reprise the role of Hongo Takeshi in what Toei is touting as his “final transformation” during advertisements.

The teaser trailer for the movie with English subtitles can be found on the Tokusatsu Network YouTube channelKamen Rider 1 premieres on March 26, 2016 all across Japan.
