“Shin Kamen Rider” To Release On Amazon Prime

The official Shin Kamen Rider Twitter has announced via their official social media account an official streaming release date. Shin Kamen Rider is set to release on July 21st via Amazon Prime in over 200 countries and regions.

Written and directed by Hideaki Anno, Shin Kamen Rider is a classic re-imagining of the original 1971 Kamen Rider series. The movie centers on the story of Takeshi Hongo (portrayed by Sosuke Ikematsu), a man who is transformed by an evil organization called Shocker (“Sustainable Happiness Organization with Computational Knowledge Embedded Remodeling”) and turned into the cyborg hero Kamen Rider. Hongo uses his powers to take down Shocker with the help of Ruriko Midorikawa (portrayed by Minami Hamabe) and Hayato Ichimonji, a photojournalist who was transformed into Kamen Rider #2 (portrayed by Tasuku Emoto).
