ULTRAMAN Final Season Announced

The final season of the ULTRAMAN anime series has been announced, set to release worldwide in 2023.

Following season two’s release, Tsuburaya Productions has announced the third and final season of the ULTRAMAN anime series.

The announcement of the final season also comes with a teaser trailer, featuring ULTRAMAN in a damaged state, with his color timer flashing red.

The teaser trailer is accompanied by the narrator of the original Ultraman series, Koji Ishizaka saying “Ultraman, get up!” with the sound of Alien Zetton directly after.

The authors behind the ULTRAMAN manga Eiichi Shimizu & Tomohiro Shimoguchi commented on the announcement of the final season:

Thinking back, we’ve had a long run with anime ULTRAMAN, and now it’s already the final season.

Season 2 introduced original story elements, but its story structure and heart are shared with the original. This is true of the final season, too.

The final season of the ULTRAMAN anime will release in 2023 on Netflix worldwide.
