TAMASHII NATION ONLINE 2021 Kamen Rider Black Sun Panel Announced

Tamashii Nation announced on November 14, 2021 that it will host a panel dedicated to Kamen Rider Black Sun at Tamashii Nation Online 2021.

Tamashii Nation Online 2021 is hosting a series of Kamen Rider-related events at the Kamen Rider Station beginning on November 21, 2021. One event is a panel dedicated to Kamen Rider Black Sun, streaming on November 21 at 10:00 am (Japan Standard Time).

At this panel, the character design for Kamen Rider Black Sun will be revealed alongside S.H. Figuarts and transformation belt announcements. Kamen Rider Black Sun concept visual artist Shinji Higuchi and special effects director Kiyotaka Taguchi will attend the panel as guests.

Higuchi has previously worked as the director of Shin Godzilla and the live-action Attack on Titan movies. Taguchi was the head director of several Ultraman series and as the special effects director for Love and Peace and Jellyfish Eyes. 

Kamen Rider Black Sun is an upcoming reboot of the 1987 series Kamen Rider Black, a series about a Kotaro Minami who was captured and turned into a cyborg by Gorgom. The cult hoped to turn Minami into the next Creation King and rule the world, but Minami was able to escape and fight against Gorgom as Kamen Rider Black.

Kamen Rider Black Sun was announced as part of the Kamen Rider 50th Anniversary event earlier this year. A release date has not been announced for the series.
