Gokaiger’s Yuki Yamada Pitches on Honoo-no Taiiku-kai TV

Yuki Yamada, best known for playing Gokai Blue in Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, appeared on the sports gameshow Honoo-no Taiiku-kai TV.

At 7:00 pm on May 15, Yuki Yamada appeared on the sports gameshow Honoo-no Taiiku-kai TV (炎の体育会TV) for a two-hour special. Best known for playing Gokai Blue in Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger, Yamada pitched in a baseball game on the show.

Yamada has experience with baseball, being an ace pitcher in the baseball club at his junior high school. His father is former professional baseball player Kazutoshi Yamada.

Yuki Yamada said that he went to the scene three hours before the actual recording of the confrontation and practiced pitching carefully. He stated he “wanted to enjoy a baseball showdown after such a long absence”.
