Bandai Toys Announces Ultraman Tiga DX GUTS Vehicle GUTS Wing No. 1 & No. 2

Bandai Japan Toys announced their newest releases in the DX Ultraman Tiga series, the DX GUTS Vehicle GUTS Wing No. 1 & No. 2 from Ultraman Tiga. 

GUTS Wing No. 1 & No. 2 are the fighter jets developed by the TPC and its branches: GUTS, Super GUTS, and Black Buster Corps. When the TPC were firstly introduced, their main usages were for SAR (Search and Rescue). However, with various threats such as monsters and alien invaders arose as depicted by the Ancient Civilization prophecy, GUTS were converted from rescue team to attack team as these fighter jets were modified with armaments. These two GUTS Wing fighter jets are getting new DX toys to celebrate the new Ultraman Chronicle series, Ultraman Chronicle Z: Heroes’ Odyssey. Each DX toy has three different modes: Flight Mode, Hyper Mode, and Standby Mode. Each also has their own set of lights and sounds depending on the GUTS Wing, with the GUTS Wing No. 2 including additional effect parts. Both come with a display pedestal and require two LR44 button batteries (included).

The DX GUTS Wing No. 1 is a toy scale replica of the first TPC fighter jet which was commonly used by some of the TPC workers. It is modeled after a squid.

The DX GUTS Wing No. 2 is a toy scale replica of the second TPC fighter jet and a medium-sized fighter. It’s also a mobile command post to transport the vehicle. Unlike the GUTS Wing 1, it wasn’t created for outer space combat. The jet’s motif is a crayfish’s pincher.

The Ultraman Tiga DX GUTS Vehicle GUTS Wing No. 1 & No. 2 from Ultraman Tiga will go for 3,850 Yen (tax included) each and are scheduled for release in Mid-February 2021.
