Finally, the anti-monster unit STORAGE’s new powerful robot Windom is completed. However, they have a problem energy charging, and so Windom will not launch. Meanwhile, the underground monster Telesdon is rampaging above ground. On top of that, a mysterious energy is causing Telesdon to power up. Can STORAGE and Ultraman Z truly overcome this crisis?
