Episode 12: Wonder Drill Boy

Screenplay written by Naruhisa Arakawa
Directed by Katsuya Watanabe

“I have made… a terrible mistake…”

Sayo (Mio Kudo) heads into the mountains after a support request from a mountain rescue team when after her mission of treating victims, an accident happens while on her way back down the mountain. But she does not have her Changer. She had left on her mission in a hurry and forgot it in their military operations room. Since she left her Kiramai Changer in maintenance, she cannot place a call to Helico. Because of this, Sayo has no choice but to try to descend the mountain on her own, when she slips and suffers a sprain. On top of all these misfortunes, Sayo has gotten lost in the mountains. However, that’s when she meets a man climbing the mountain. He calls himself Takamichi Crystalia (Kohei Shoji) who seems to be on an adventure in search of treasure. He tries to leave Sayo behind, although she clearly can’t move on her own, to which he agrees to bring her along under the condition that she helps provide him with the “Mamarina Funi Funi”.

But just what is the “Mamarina Funi Funi”?

Meanwhile, a new evil monster, Meteorite Jamen, appears and attacks an observatory that was secretly maintained by CARAT. The Kiramager team fights with only four members, minus Sayo, but begins to struggle when they’re mysteriously attacked from the sky. Is someone sniping them from somewhere?
