Premium Bandai Announces SO-DO CHRONICLE SO-DO Kamen Rider W Sets

Premium Bandai announced their latest releases in the Kamen Rider SO-DO CHRONICLE series, the SO-DO Kamen Rider W figure and HardBoilder set from Kamen Rider W. 

SO-DO Kamen Rider W: Limited Color Ver. is a standalone exclusive upgrade to the main figure from the SO-DO Kamen Rider W figure line released in 2019. More than 30 painting processes were involved to make it more accurate to the show, along with new muffler parts, and an alternate version of the Double Driver and the slot on the side of the belt, to replicate the Rider Kick more accurately.

The figure is made of ABS/PVC plastic and measures about 110 mm in height and about 50 mm in width. A piece of soda-flavored gum is also included.

The SO-DO Kamen Rider W HardBoilder Set features Kamen Rider W’s personal Honda CBR1000RR motorcycle. The HardBoilder is black and green and is also able to change forms by swapping out the back half of the motorcycle. The set includes the initial Start Dash Mode half, the HardTurbuler, and the HardSplasher.

The HardBoilder measures 135 mm vertically x 30 mm horizontally, the Start Dash Mode measures 60 mm long × 40 mm wide, the HardTurbuler measures 90 mm long × 190 mm wide, and the HardSplasher measures 140 mm long × 80 mm wide. All parts are made of ABS plastic. In addition to the HardBoiler and the interchangeable parts, a piece of soda-flavored gum is included.

The SO-DO Kamen Rider W Limited Color Ver. figure will go for 1,980 Yen (tax included), while the SO-DO Kamen Rider W HardBoilder Set will go for 4,180 Yen (tax included). Both are scheduled for shipment in September 2020.
