GARO -VERSUS ROAD- Opening and Ending Theme Revealed

The opening and ending themes for the upcoming GARO -VERSUS ROAD- were revealed.


Uploaded to the GARO Project Official YouTube Channel, the opening theme included a new song titled “Theme of GARO -VERSUS ROAD-” and showcased the main characters of the upcoming season on the virtual reality battlefield as well as looks at the new Garo armor. The composer of the theme is Shiho Terada and the Arrangement was conducted by Yoshichika Kuriyama.

The ending theme is titled “VERSUS ROAD ~Surreal Survival~” by JAM Project, who has done the ending themes for several GARO seasons.

GARO -VERSUS ROAD- stars actor Matsudai Kouya portraying a college student named Sena Kuon who finds a virtual reality headset and is brought into a game field with other players. The players are completely immersed in the game as it changes things in the real world.

The show debuts on April 2nd to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the franchise.

    JAM Project always does the opening for Garo (except the first chunk of the 2005 series), not always the endings. I wonder if this is a similar situation to 2005, where there will be a new JAM track midway. Terada and Kuriyama are frequent collaborators of JAM and Terada used to be their keyboardist.
