First Trailer For Ultraman Taiga: New Generation Climax Drops

The new movie showcases the return of recent generation of Ultra Heroes.


Tsuburaya Productions has unveiled the newest movie in their long running Ultraman franchise entitled Ultraman Taiga: New Generation Climax.

Taking place after the events of Ultraman Taiga, the new movie touts the return of each of the New Generation Heroes including Ginga, Victory, X, Orb, Geed, Rosso, and Blu. The plot of the movie, which you can see a trailer for below, is described as follows:

Hiroyuki Kudo, who works as a member of the private security organization EGIS, has the ability to transform into three Ultramen: Taiga, Titas, and Fuma. The bond between Hiroyuki and Taiga has deepened through battles with numerous enemies.

However, Hiroyuki is now being targeted by someone. Knowing that, the new generation of Ultramen have gathered together to save Hiroyuki: Hikaru, Sho, Daichi, Gai, Riku, Katsumi and Isami. In addition, Taiga’s father, Ultraman Taro, has come to Earth. However, Taro attacks her son, Taiga.

What happened to Taro? And can Taiga fight his father!? Now, the New Generation Heroes dare to challenge the power of the giant darkness!

The movie stars Yuki Inoue as Hiroyuki and the rest of the cast from the currently airing Ultraman Taiga as well as the return of actors Takuya Negishi, Kiyotaka Uji, Kensuke Takahashi, Hideo Ishiguro, Tatsuomi Hamada, Yuya Hirata and Ryosuke Koike in their respective hero roles. Each of the actors was on hand at this past weekends inaugural Tsuburaya Convention 2019 to promote their involvement in the new movie.

Ultraman Taiga: New Generation Climax opens in theaters across Japan on March 6, 2020.
