Tsuburaya Stream GRIDMAN X ULTRAMAN Video

Tsuburaya began streaming a special collaboration video following the end of the SSSS. Gridman anime series.

The trailer shows Gridman talking to Shinjiro, the lead character in the upcoming ULTRAMAN anime series. Gridman repeats a line from the recently concluded SSSS. Gridman anime, telling the new Ultraman to remember his mission.

The upcoming Ultraman anime will be released worldwide on Netflix on April 1st, 2019. The series serves as a direct sequel to the original Ultraman tokusatsu series, following Shinjiro, the son of Shin Hayata, the original Ultraman. In ULTRAMAN, Shinjiro’s special Ultraman Factor, genes inherited from his father’s time as Ultraman in the 1966 TV series, begin to awake as the series’ story is set into motion.
