TOEI Releases Visuals for Upcoming Kaiju Ward Gallas Tokusatsu Series

Series to be released via Toei’s Tokusatsu Fan Club service.

The show’s main visual features Makoto Okunaka’s (Koyomi in Kamen Rider Wizard) character of Erica standing before the titular Gallas.  Kohei Yamamoto (Kouta Bitou/Hurricane Yellow in Ninpu Sentai Hurricaneger), Nao Nagasawa (Nanami Nono/Hurricane Blue in Ninpuu Sentai Hurricaneger), and Keisuke Minami (Tsurugi Ohtori/Houou Soldier in Uchuu Sentai Kyuranger) also star in the series.

Kaiju Ward Gallas is described as a “tokusatsu drama with an original monster”. Yamamoto remarked that he would like to create “an original hero” for the work.

Hideaki Tsukada (Kamen Rider W and Kamen Rider Fourze) will produce this series and the screenplay is written by Kaneko Kaori (secondary writer for Kaitou Sentai Lupinranger VS Keisatsu Sentai Patranger). Ryotaro Kogushi (Assistant Director on the Super Sentai series) will direct and work with the Tokusatsu Research Institute to bring this kaiju original series to life.

Toei also released various stills, showing off the show’s main characters.

The show’s first trailer will be released on January 2nd, one month before its February 2nd, 2019 premiere.
