DX R/B Gyro Details Revealed

Bandai has released details on the transformation device of the upcoming Ultraman R/B toyline.

The DX R/B Gyro will cost 5,616 yen and is releasing on July 7th. The Gyro is used by the main characters in Ultraman R/B as their transformation device and works with the interlocking R/B Crystals to transform. Pulling the levers activates the light and sound gimmick associated with each R/B Crystal. More R/B Crystals will be released in the coming months after the show premieres.

For the first time in history, the Ultraman series will feature two leads in Ultraman R/B. The show will star Yuya Hirata as Katsumi, who transforms into Ultraman Rosso. Katsumi is the sole employee at his dad’s clothing store and does his best to support his younger sister and brother after the disappearance of their mother. Katsumi’s younger brother, Isami, played by Ryosuke Koike, transforms into Ultraman Blu. Katsumi is a college student pursuing the same field of study as his missing mother.

Ultraman R/B will premiere on July 7th.
