Kamen Rider Gaim’s Mahiro Takasugi Cast in Live-Action Gyakkō no Koro Film

The live-action film for Gyakkō no Koro starring Mahiro Takasugi streams trailer revealing a July 8th premiere.

The official website for the live-action film adaption of the Gyakkō no Koro (The Time of Backlights) manga, recently released a trailer and its cast.

The cast for the film stars Mahiro Takasugi, who is better known as Mitsuzane Kureshima/Kamen Rider Ryugen from Kamen Rider Gaim, as Takatoyo Akada, Wakana Aoi as Mikoto, and Hiroya Shimizu as Kōhei. Additionally, Keiichi Kobayashi (Bonlin, About the Pink Sky) is both directing the film and writing the script for it.

Gyakkō no Koro centers around Takatoyo the fleeting nature of his adolescent years in Kyoto.

The film is set for a July 8th release.
