Ultraman Festival 2017 Starts in July

Ultraman Festival 2017, the twenty-seventh annual celebration of the Ultra series, starts in July with “the bonds of parents and children” being its theme.

From July to August, in the Sunshine City venue of Higashi-Ikebukuro, Toshima Ward, Tokyo, Japan, Ultraman Festival 2017 arrives! It is the twenty-seventh annual celebration of the Ultra series made by Tsuburaya Productions. The theme of this year’s festival is “the bonds of parents and children”!

To promote this theme, attractions including the famous Ultraman “Battle Diorama” and the live-action stage show with an audience participation gimmick “Ultra Flash”, which is also one of the festivity’s key attraction; are set to appear. Additionally, a 3.6-meter display of Ultraseven and Ultraman Zero posing together will be available as a photo shoot location, it is encouraged for parents and children to pose along with the father and son.

Ultraman Festival 2017 will be divided into two segments. These two segments are called “Cutting through Fate – The Battle of Light and Darkness” and “Our Wings! The Ultrahawk Blasts Off”, which occurs from July 21st – August 7th, 2017, and from August 9th – August 28th, 2017, respectively.

Lastly, advanced tickets are available for purchase pricing ¥1200 for children and ¥1900 for adults.
