Actor, Ricardo Medina Jr., who participated in two Power Rangers series has been charged with murder.

Medina, who portrayed Cole, the Red Wild Force Ranger in Power Rangers Wild Force and Dekkar in Power Rangers Samurai and Super Samurai, has been arrested and charged with murder.

The charges stem from a fatal stabbing incident that took place in January 2015, leaving Medina’s roommate, Josh Sutter, mortally wounded. The incident stems from an alleged argument over Medina’s girlfriend that developed between himself and Sutter before the incident turned physical and ended with Medina stabbing Sutter in self defense.

Medina was previously arrested for the stabbing incident but was released. The recent arrest leaves the actor facing a potential $1 million bail and, if convicted, a sentence of 26 years to life in prison.
