G-Fest Loses Yukijiro Hotaru, Adds GaoRed Actor, Noboru Kaneko

Chicago’s annual Godzilla convention recently updated their guest list.

Yesterday, the G-Fest twitter account revealed two new developments concerning their con lineup. GARO actor Yukijiro Hotaru had to withdraw from the convention due to changes in his work schedule. Instead, G-Fest XXII welcomes GaoRed actor, Noboru Kaneko. In addition to starring in Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger, Kaneko was also the lead in Godzilla: Tokyo S.O.S., which was directed by G-Fest’s 2015 Guest of Honor Masaaki Tezuka.

The convention, held July 10th to 12th at the Crown Plaza Chicago O’Hare, will also feature August Ragone, Robert Scott Field, and J.D. Lees.
