A string of frauds involving a dating service company takes place. Shinnosuke, together with detectives of the 2nd Unit try to get a hold of Amagi, who runs the company and tops the suspect list.
Gou brings information about a dating event held by Amagi. Kiriko and Shinnosuke decide to attend, unknowing of the unthinkable encounters that await them at the event.
Meanwhile Rinna is about to complete Shift Dead Heat, designed to counter Heart’s Dead Zone. However, she seems to be busy with a different matter at the moment. Heart makes an appearance again. Will Shift Dead Heat be ready on time?
