Heart has activated the “Dead Zone” a dangerous and uncontrollable power, Shinnosuke confronts him with Type Technique, although it meant gambling his own life too.

Meanwhile, the reconstituted Bolt Roidmude was in preparations for what he called the Christmas Eve of Darkness. The Special Cases Unit, unable to obtain any clues, is growing increasingly frustrated. The only knowledge there is is that “there will be a city-wide blackout during Christmas Eve”. During all these events, a new Roidmude executive, Medic, makes an appearance.
