A man focuses a camera while whistling, the building right in front of him suddenly crumbles down. The man, grasping the chance, presses the shutter. A series of strange building collapse incidents have been occuring. The Special Conditions Unit follows the case hesitantly as there are no Deacceleration readings. Then, Takasugi, a newspaper reporter appears before Shinnosuke, wanting to get a scoop on the Kamen Rider. At the same time, a Roidmude appears at one of the collapse sites. The incidents were being caused by the Roidmude.
