Kamen Rider Drive Christmas Cake to be Released

A Kamen Rider Drive Christmas cake will soon be available from 7-11 in Japan.

Christmas cakes, typically frosted sponge cake, are eaten in Japan on Christmas Eve as part of the holiday celebrations. This year’s variety cake comes in a half-peach half-chocolate chip flavor.

Also part of the yearly tradition is the release of hero themed cakes, called Chara Deco (Character Decoration), which often include items from the shows whose image they use.

This year’s cake, featuring Kamen Rider Drive and his car, Tridoron, will contain an original Christmas themed Shift Car with each order as well as a wind up Kamen Rider Drive mini figure with neck articulation.

The cakes will begin shipping on December 20th.
