Gridman Anime Trailer Released

The trailer for the upcoming anime series, SSSS.Gridman, has been released

“I am not alone. Everyday, everywhere.”

The anime adaptation of Gridman is a collaboration between Tsubuyara Productions and Studio Trigger. It will be directed by Akira Amemiya, who previously directed the original net animation from 2015. The head writer is Keiichi Hasegawa, who previously headed Ultraman Nexus and was the secondary writer for Kamen Rider W. This version of Gridman is also designed by Masayuki Goto, who previously did design work for Ultraman Orb.

The voice cast is as follows:

Yuya Hirose as Yuta Hibiki
Soma Saito as Sho Utsumi
Yume Miyamoto as Rokka Takaradda
Reina Ueda as Akane Shinjo
And Hikaru Midorikawa, who voiced Gridman in the original tokusatsu series, reprises his role here.

The anime is expected to air in Autumn 2018.
