It is now known that Kuroto (Tetsuya Iwanaga) had completed a system in which the data of a person who has disappeared could be saved and allow them a continue. Does this mean that if Kamen Rider Chronicle is cleared that other people who have disappeared can be revived? Hiiro (Seto Toshiki) presses for more information out of Kuroto, but Emu (Hiroki Iijima) can’t forgive Kuroto for his acts of playing with people’s lives.

Poppy (Ruka Matsuda) urges Emu and Kuroto to combine their strengths in order to complete Kamen Rider Chronicle. However, Emu refuses out of his hatred for Kuroto. Pallad (Shouma Kai) appears before the two of them, targeting Poppy for siding with humans.
