Premium Bandai Announces Magiranger Shokugan Modeling Project MagiKing
Premium Bandai announced the release of the next Super Sentai Robo to get a Shokugan Modeling Project release, the Shokugan Modeling Project Majin Gattai MagiKing from the 29th Super Sentai, Mahou Sentai Magiranger.
“Maagi Giruma Magi Jinga!”
Majin Gattai MagiKing is the combined form of MagiRed’s MagiPhoenix, MagiGaruda, MagiMermaid, MagiFairy, and MagiTaurus. The Majin perform this combination when they dial Maagi Giruma Magi Jinga on their MagiPhones.
The set features MagiPhoenix, MagiGaruda, MagiMermaid, MagiFairy, and MagiTaurus to form either MagiPhoenix riding MagiDragon or MagiKing. The wings of MagiGaruda, either individually or as MagiKing, measures a total length of 36 cm wide. The hinges allow the wings to flap, adding more playability. The set also includes extra hands to allow MagiKing to perform the iconic pose in which the mecha raises his hat after the combination sequence. With SMP’s unique movable mechanism, a variety of poses can be achieved, including MagiKing’s “two handed sword holding pose” to perform the finisher, “King Calibur Magic Slash”.
The kit includes an assembled plastic kit, instruction manual, stickers, and 1 Ramune candy. Everything is made of ABS and the size of MagiKing measures H approx. 175 mm x W approx. 240 mm.
The Shokugan Modeling Project Majin Gattai MagiKing set from Mahou Sentai Magiranger will go for 8580 Yen (tax included) and is scheduled for shipment in June 2025. Preorders are being accepted starting now.
