Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger DX Henshin Series, Figures, and Mecha Announced

Bandai Toys released the first wave of items for the upcoming 47th Super Sentai series, Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger. 

First are the roleplay items. These roleplay toys include the DX Ohgercalibur, DX Kings Weapon, and DX Kings Hotline & Ohgerholder Set. You can get all three items through the King-Ohger Complete Set.

The DX Ohgercalibur is King-Ohger’s transformation device and primary weapon. The sword measures 520 mm in length and has five different switches for each King-Ohger. To transform, the user operates one of the switches, causing the blade to light up and play the appropriate sound. The user can activate each King-Ohger finisher by pressing and holding the trigger and pressing the switch of the respective King-Ohger three times. The user can also summon their respective Shugod and have it combine to form the team’s mecha, King-Ohger. Lastly, the user can combine it with the DX Kings Weapon (sold separately).

The DX Ohgercalibur from Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger will go for 7,150 yen (tax included) and is scheduled for release on March 4th, 2023.

The DX Kings Weapon is the transforming shield weapon of the King-Ohgers. This shield has five alternate modes including Sword Mode (Kuwaga Ohger), Gun Mode (Tonbo Ohger), Sickle Mode (Kamakiri Ohger), Bow Mode (Papillon Ohger), and Claw Mode (Hachi Ohger). Pressing the button on top will activate the finisher. The user can combine it with the DX Ohgercalibur (sold separately) and can transform the Kings Weapon into its Naginata Mode, measuring a total length of 780 mm.

The DX Kings Weapon from Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger will go for 5,500 yen (tax included) and is scheduled for release on March 4th, 2023.

The DX Kings Hotline & Ohgerholder Set comes with the Ohgerholder where the user can place the DX Ohgercalibur (sold separately) while not in use, while the center buckle stores the Kings Hotline, the cellphone used by the King-Ohgers.

The DX Kings Hotline & Ohgerholder Set from Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger will go for 2,750 yen (tax included) and is scheduled for release on March 4th, 2023.

Bandai Japan also announced the DX King-Ohger and DX God Kabuto from the upcoming Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger TV series.

The DX King-Ohger is the primary mecha of the Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger and is a ten-piece mecha composed of 10 insect-type mecha called Shugods. The Shugods that combine into this mecha include God Kuwagata, God Tonbo, God Kamakiri, God Papillon, God Hachi, God Tentou x2, God Kumo x2, and God Ant. In addition, this is the largest combiner mecha of the Super Sentai Series as it measures 270 mm tall from top to bottom, and features more than 20 poseable joints, giving it a variety of movement and action poses.

The DX King-Ohger set from Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger will go for 9,350 yen (tax included) and is scheduled for release on March 4th, 2023.

The DX God Kabuto is the King-Oger’s auxiliary mecha that can transform into a weapon called the Kabuto Cannon, which the DX toy measures about 400 mm in length. The DX toy features gorgeous gold plating, and can combine with the DX King-Ohger to transform into Kabuto King-Ohger! The mecha can also play this on its own thanks to the action gimmick built into the corner of its head.

The DX God Kabuto from Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger will go for 3,850 yen (tax included) and is scheduled for release on March 25th, 2023.

In addition, the DX King-Ohger and the DX God Kabuto can be purchased as part of a single set for 13,200 yen. The set will be released on March 4th.

Lastly, Bandai Japan announced the Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger’s own line of Action Hero Series action figures. The Action Hero Series is a line of action figures representing the five King-Ohgers. The heights of these figures range from 115 mm to 120 mm tall.

The Action Hero Kuwagata Ohger & King Speeder Set highlights the stag beetle-themed member of the Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger. The figure stands 120 mm tall, and features 20 points of articulation, allowing the figure to perform various dynamic poses. The set comes with the Ohgercalibur and his personal vehicle, the King Speeder. The vehicle has a built-in gimmick in which the front part moves if it is rolled around. Other Action Hero Series toys can also ride the King Speeder.

The Action Hero Kuwagata Ohger & King Speeder Set from Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger will go for 3,850 yen (tax included) and is scheduled for release on March 4th, 2023.

The Action Hero Tonbo Ohger features the dragonfly-themed member of the King-Ohger. The figure measures 120 mm tall, and features 20 points of articulation, allowing the figure to perform various dynamic poses. The figure comes with the Ohgercalibur.

The Action Hero Tonbo Ohger from Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger will go for 1,980 yen (tax included) and is scheduled for release on March 4th, 2023.

The Action Hero Kamakiri Ohger highlights the mantis-themed member of the King-Ohger. The figure measures 115 mm tall, and features 20 points of articulation, allowing the figure to perform various dynamic poses. The figure comes with the Ohgercalibur.

The Action Hero Kamakiri Ohger from Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger will go for 1,980 yen (tax included) and is scheduled for release on March 4th, 2023.

The Action Hero Papillon Ohger features the butterfly-themed member of the King-Ohger. The figure measures 115 mm tall, and features 20 points of articulation, allowing the figure to perform various dynamic poses. The figure comes with the Ohgercalibur.

The Action Hero Papillon Ohger from Ohsama Sentai King-Ohger will go for 1,980 yen (tax included) and is scheduled for release on March 4th, 2023.

The Action Hero Hachi Ohger highlights the bee-themed member of the King-Ohger. The figure measures 120 mm tall, and features 20 points of articulation, allowing the figure to perform various dynamic poses. The figure comes with the Ohgercalibur.
