DX METAL APPEND ZenkaiOh JuraGaon Announced

The DX ZenkaiOh JuraGaron from Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger, originally released in March 2021 sees an upgrade as the DX METAL APPEND JuraGaon.

Bandai announced that the DX ZenkaiOh JuraGaon set that was originally released in March 2021 is getting a renewal with a number of new improvements. This product is aimed towards adults. The major features of the new toy is the addition of metal parts, as well as extra appendages to better resemble the ZenkaiOh JuraGaon from the tv show.

An interview with Head of Planning at Bandai Toy Division Akira Terano, was also released alongside the announcement of the product.

“I used to plan at the Collector’s Division of BANDAI SPIRITS, and was also involved in the Soul of Chogokin and METAL BUILD lines. After that, I requested to move to the Brand Design Department and have been working on the Super Sentai series since last year.  I wanted to make a product that would make children happy, and where the Sentai robot could be both on the field fighting, as well as their usual giant forms. The DX METAL APPEND ZenkaiOh JuraGaon is a project to challenge us on how to use our knowledge in the Collector’s Division to upgrade a toy built for children. I was convinced that DX ZenkaiOh would be an attractive toy for those who are not usually interested in Sentai robot toys by changing the specifications to appeal to adults. Please look forward to Zenkai JuraGaon, which has been reborn with a newly shaped head, nickel plating, leg append parts, and diecast molding.”

The DX METAL APPEND ZenkaiOh JuraGaon, from Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger will go for 16,500 yen (tax included) and is scheduled for release on February 26th, 2022. This release is not a Premium Bandai product and will be available as general retail item. Reservations for this item will start October 25th, 2021.
