Tsuburaya has released a second official trailer for Ultraman Trigger, as well as information about spinoffs and an audio drama. The trailer, with narration by Sumire Uesaka (voice actor of Carmeara the Captivating Warrior), features new footage from Ultraman Trigger. The spin-offs, Marlu-Dex and Secret Origins of the Nursedessei – The Struggle of Special Section 3, and the audio drama Galaxy Rescue Force Voice Drama will provide fans with information about the origins of the Nurse-Dessei and the world of Ultraman Trigger.
Marlu-Dex
The first of the spin-offs, Marlu-Dex, hosted by Marluru (Voiced by M・A・O), will provide information, background and mythology about the Ultra Heroes, Kaiju, and mysterious celestial items that will appear in Ultraman Trigger. The spin-off will be avaliable to anyone in Japan who registers for a free account on TSUBURAYA IMAGINATION.
Secret Origins of the Nursedessei – The Struggle of Special Section 3 (English name still to be determined)
The second spin-off is the Secret Origins of the Nursedessei: The Struggle of Special Section 3, which will be avaliable to Japanese viewers with a Standard or Premium subscription to TSUBURAYA IMAGINATION. It will chronicle Marlulu’s story before she enlisted in GUTS-Select, during her time at the TPU’s Department of Technological Development: Special Section 3. It will feature Marlulu the Metronian Alien (Voice Actor: M・A・O), Masmichi Hotta (Munetoshi Takubo), and Terumi Yazaki (Shio Yamazaki).
Galaxy Rescue Force Voice Drama
The original audio drama Galaxy Rescue Force Voice Drama will be avaliable on the ULTRAMAN OFFICIAL YouTube Channel at 9:30 AM (JST) every Saturday. The drama, featuring Ultraman Ribut and other members of the Galaxy Rescue Force, will mention Ultraman Trigger, and Marluru will appear in a bonus part following the main story. The audio drama, with screenplay by Junichiro Ashiki, will feature Ultraman Ribot (voiced by Wataru Komada) and Sora (voiced by Megumi Han).
