Kamen Rider W’s Tomomi Itano Announces Pregnancy
Kamen Rider W actress and AKB48 alum Tomomi Itano announced she was pregnant via Instagram on May 10.
On May 10, actress and pop-singer Tomomi Itano announced she was pregnant via Instagram. Married to baseball player Keiji Takahashi, the two are currently living together happily, as seen in the montage she posted. Itano thanks her manager, family, and husband for the support they’ve given her since she became pregnant. She also thanked her fans for their continuous support.
Itano is best known for being a former member of the Japanese idol girl group AKB48 from 2005-2013. During her time with AKB48, she modeled for various fashion magazines and starred in multiple television dramas, namely Kamen Rider W. Within the show, she played the recurring character of Queen, who starred alongside another character named Elizabeth played by another former member of AKB48, Tomomi Kasai.
