Ultraman Titles Leaving Crunchyroll March 31st

Crunchyroll will be removing 6 Ultra Series shows from its catalog at the end of March.

Over the last couple years, Mill Creek Entertainment has been localizing many Ultra Series titles. Last Summer, Mill Creek partnered with TokuSHOUTsu to bring those titles to streaming. Now, fans of Ultraman are running out of time to catch up on six older titles through Crunchyroll before they’re removed on March 31st.

Ultraman Gaia, Geed, Ginga, Nexus, Orb, and Ultraman X will no longer be available through Crunchyroll. This also means those titles won’t be accessible through the Crunchyroll channel on its VRV streaming service. In addition to the removal of these Ultra Series titles, three Makoto Shinkai titles and the second season of Love Live! School Idol Project will also be leaving the service.

The original Ultraman and Ultraman Leo are currently available on VRV through the VRV Select channel. There has not been any announcement of their removal at the time of writing.

The above mentioned Ultra Series titles are available to watch on Crunchyroll until March 31st. For information on sources where fans can watch official tokusatsu localizations, readers can check out Team TokuNet’s guide, Where to Legally Watch Tokusatsu in English.
