Although Megiddo has been defeated, for some reason the world did not return to normal, and Sora (Tenta Banka) did not return. Ogami (Yuki Ikushima) shows his frustration at his inability to protect his son, when he runs into Touma (Syuichiro Naito) who makes a promises, “I’ll definitely save your Sora.” However, his comforting words have an opposite effect. “Do you even understand how I feel as a parent?” Still, Touma leaves him behind saying he will definitely keep his promise. Still feeling irritated, Ogami goes to tell the sage about what has happened.

Why didn’t the world return even after Megiddo should have been defeated? Touma and Rintaro think hard about the mystery of Megiddo and where all of the people disappeared to. Touma discovers the secret of Megiddo from a book at Fantastic Bookstore Kamiyama. Now that he knows the truth behind Megiddo, he goes on the move again with Rintaro (Takaya Yamaguchi) and Ogami.
