S.H. Figuarts Black King Figure Announced

The iconic monster from the tokusatsu series Ultraman Returns will be getting the Figuarts treatment.

The monster, who first appeared in episodes 37 and 38 of the 1971 series will join other Ultra Heroes and monsters in the Figuarts line.

The figure will use a type of asymmetrical molding to allow for better range of movement and articulation. This was also done so as to allow these features without disrupting the proportions of the monster.

S.H. Figuarts Black King will be released in July of this year and cost 7,560 yen. Preorders for the figure also opened today.
