A Gangler has turned itself into the Patrangers and asks for a deal in exchange for information. While the others begin their interrogation, Noel is suspicious of the Gangler. Tsukasa believes the monster and moves to strike up a deal. Noel and the Lupinrangers must then defend the city against a giant Poderman. Could be this be a trap set up by Gauche and Destra? And what will Tsukasa do when tasked with turning in the Gangler to international headquarters in France?
