New TWICE Music Video Features Ryoma Takeuchi
The video features the former Kamen Rider with K-pop group TWICE to promote his latest movie.
To help promote the new movie Sensei Kunshu, K-pop girl group TWICE has released a new music video for their recent cover of the Jackson Five’s “I Want You Back”, staring Ryoma Takeuchi, Minami Hanabe and Taiki Sato. As previously reported, the movie is an adaptation of a manga by Momoko Koda about the relationship between a high school student named Ayuha Samaru and her teacher, Yoshitaka Hiromitsu, played by Takeuchi. The manga ran from 2013 to 2017 with its final volume releasing in August 2017.
Takeuchi previously played Shinnosuke Tomari in 2014’s Kamen Rider Drive and last reprised the role in Kamen Rider Heisei Generations: Dr. Pac-Man vs. Ex-Aid & Ghost with Legend Riders. The group released the song to promote the movie and had previously released a version of the music video for the single not tied to the promotion of the movie.
Sensei Kunshu will release in Japanese movie theaters on August 1st of this year.
