Tokusatsu Alums Nobutoshi Canna & Masaya Matsukaze to Guest at Otakon 2018

Tokusatsu voice actor and Super Sentai alum to be hosted as guests at upcoming Otakon.

On May 6th, Otakon 2018 announced that it will host veteran voice actor and singer Nobutoshi Canna as a guest for the upcoming convention.

Canna is known in the tokusatsu community for playing such roles as Scorpion Imagin from Kamen Rider Den-O, Pteranodon Yummy (Male) from Kamen Rider OOO, and Bangray from Doubutsu Sentai Zyuohger (Animal Squadron Zyuohger); among others.

On May 7th, Otakon 2018 announced that they will be hosting voice actor Masaya Matsukaze. Matsukaze is best known for playing Shun Namiki/MegaBlue from Denji Sentai Megaranger (Electromagnetic Squadron Megaranger).

Otakon is an annual convention held in the summer months to celebrate Asian pop culture. Furthermore, Otakon 2018, the 18th iteration of the convention, will be held from August 10th – August 12th, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC.
