The Lupinrangers’ next target is the mysterious Gangler known as Bundorute Peggy, a serial robber-murderer with quick feet. Kairi (Asahi Itoh) and the others chase after Bundorute, who then attacks a patrol car carrying Commander Hilltop (Ike Nwala) and his team from the Global Special Police, then watch as Bundorute escapes with a case.
