Bandai’s Power Ranger NYCC 2016 Items Announced

Bandai’s Power Ranger NYCC 2016 Items Announced

Bandai announced their line up of NYCC 2016 exclusives, featuring one new Mighty Morphin Power Rangers toy, and the first ever Power Rangers movie toy.

As with all previous Comic Cons, Bandai’s Power Ranger exclusives are limited ticket items, meaning fans will have to line up before opening to secure a ticket to purchase the toy at a later time in the day. Quantities will be limited each day throughout the course of the convention.

The first Power Rangers related item is the release of the “Dino” Megazord (Original Megazord) Tokyo Vinyl figure. Fans will remember that this figure was teased three years ago alongside the Gosei Great Megazord, and is finally seeing a release.

Unlike previous Tokyo Vinyl figures, the Dino Megazord stands at 8.5 inches tall. The figure is limited to 500 pieces, and will retail for $60 at the convention.

The final Power Rangers item certainly has fans talking, as Bandai revealed that the first ever Power Rangers movie toy will be available at NYCC. The toy will in fact be an exclusive release, and is listed to retail for $40 at the event with 1,000 pieces available.  The item will be announced at a later date.

Other Bandai items available at NYCC include:

  • Naruto Shippuden Shinobi Relations DXF Figure – $35.00
  • Sailor Moon Mini Compact Case Mascot Set Pretty Guardians Color Ver. – $50.00
  • Neko Atsume Special Set Cat House Gathering – $25.00
  • Neko Atsume NYCC T-Shirt – $20.00
  • Assorted Dragon Ball UDM Gashapon – $5.00
