This Week in Toku Toys [07/24 – 07/30]

This Week in Toku Toys, the Zyuman arrive more cuddly than ever and the start of a new vinyl series.

Barring the release of Ultraman Orb and the Zyuohger’s gaining a little bat buddy, the month of July has been a rather quiet one. The end of the month is no different, but Bandai is ending things on what is most certainly the cutest ending to a month ever.

In a recent Zyuohger episode, Misao gives Sela, Leo, Tusk, and Amu small hand-crafted plush versions of the Zyuman forms as a gift, a way to become less scared of the fact they are Zyumans.

Now you too can own these adorable versions of the Zyuman cast. Available are small plush versions of Sela, Leo, Tusk, and Amu as the “Atsumare! Zyuman Series” of plush toys.

Each plush can be purchased from most major import retailers for around ¥1,620 each. Pick your favorite, or collect them all! They’re certainly some of the most adorable things Sentai has had to offer.

After a small plethora of Ultra Monster DX releases in the Ultraman Orb series of toys, the smaller sized Ultra Monster Orb Series is finally ready to kick off with its first release, Alien Mefilas, one of the monsters from the original series.

Mefilas includes one Ultra Fusion Card of himself that can be used in the DX Orb Ring for new sounds. Like most small vinyl figures, Alien Mefilas retails for ¥864.

With Ultraman Orb continuing, and the Zyuohger and Kamen Rider Ghost summer movies on the horizon, August is bound to be a fun filled month of new vinyls, mecha, Ghost Eyecons, and more.
